I was disappointed with the selection. They made it sound like there would be plenty of options, but once I actually looked around, there really wasn’t much to pick from. Felt like a lot of vague promises that didn’t really match what was available

"Delivery Tracking Was More Stressful Than It Should’ve Been"
I ordered some flooring tools the tools showed up fine, but the tracking was the frustrating part. Compared to most other places I’ve ordered from, this felt way less helpful. It didn’t update for days, then randomly showed movement again without much detail, so I kept checking and had no real idea when it was actually arriving. The package did get delivered, but the whole tracking experience was annoying and more stressful than it needed to be.

Well... our commercial account setup did work and the orders went through without any real problems. That said, replies were slow at times, and the pricing wasn’t always as clear as I would’ve liked. It was fine overall, but it definitely took more follow-up than expected.

"Bulk order help was kinda meh"
I reached out about placing a bulk flooring order, but tbh the support wasn’t very helpful. Replies were slow, and I had to follow up more than once just to get basic info. Even then, the answers were still kinda unclear, so I ended up ordering from somewhere else.

They did end up fixing the issue, so that was good. It just took longer than I expected, and I was kind of left waiting around like... okay, what’s happening now? But in the end, it got done

i found the flooring tools quickly, and checkout was simple. a couple pages loaded a little slow for me, but it wasn’t a big deal. overall, the experience was smooth enough

"Checkout Was Way More Frustrating Than It Needed to Be"
The checkout process wore me out. It kept giving me errors, the totals weren’t very clear, and I ended up having to start over more than once. It felt like I wasted way too much energy just trying to place an order. Not a good checkout experience for me.

"Good Packaging, Just a Little Overdone"
I ordered a few flooring tools and, overall, everything showed up in good shape. The box had a few dents from shipping, which kind of happens, but the tools inside were wrapped well and nothing was damaged. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because there was a bit too much tape, so getting it open took longer than it probably needed to. Common sense says I’d rather have that than broken tools, though, so I’m still happy with the order.

"Good tools, but the wait was frustrating..."
I ordered a few flooring tools and the website was easy to use, no real issues there! The problem was the shipping took way longer than I expected, and I barely got any updates along the way. So I was kind of just stuck waiting and guessing when it would finally show up?? The tools were fine once they arrived, but the delay really threw off my project schedule. I’m not sure I’d order again if I needed something right away.

"Good Prices, Decent Shipping, No Real Complaints"
I ordered a few flooring tools from tools4flooring, the prices were better than most other places I looked. And believe me, I checked around because why is everything flooring-related suddenly so expensive? Shipping wasn’t exactly lightning fast, but it wasn’t terrible either, so I can’t really complain too much. Everything arrived in good shape, the tools feel solid, and for what I paid, I’m happy with the quality. I’d use them again if I end up needing more flooring stuff.

The item showed as available when I placed my order, but later I found out it was not actually in stock. That ended up delaying my flooring job, and I had to keep following up just to get updates. Overall, it was a annoying experience.

I was able to use the site fine, but some of the product details were unclear. A few items didn’t really explain the sizing or exactly what was included, so I felt like I had to guess before ordering. Has anyone else run into the same issue? The site works, but the product info could definitely be more helpful...

"Expected a Faster Response"
I reached out to tools4flooring.com customer service thinking I’d get a quick answer to a simple question, but it ended up taking longer than expected. I had to follow up, and even then the response wasn’t very clear. I don’t expect instant replies, but I do expect a basic level of communication, so it was a bit frustrating
